Your content and your choices
Photos, recordings and memories.
Heartlyspoken processes the photos, recordings and memories you supply to create a private film and illustrated PDF. Only submit photos of consenting adults and memories you have permission to use.
How your content is used
Your photos, recordings, memories and writing are sent through OpenRouter to third-party providers for transcription, editing, illustrations, animation, speech and music. Animated scenes are made with HeyGen through OpenRouter. We request no training where the provider controls expose that choice. Third-party providers may retain data under their terms; we do not promise zero retention. We do not publish your content in a gallery or use it for marketing at all.
Your voice
Record only your own voice. Your voice is used only to narrate your own film and is deleted with your project. You give consent before the first recording. We send a short reference clip with each narration request and do not enroll a reusable provider voice profile. Provider copies remain subject to the retention terms described above.
Temporary drafts and saved gifts
Unpaid drafts expire 24 hours after creation. Saving to an email account lets you return on another device but does not extend that period or reset the free allowance. Clearing your browser cookies before saving can lose access. Paid files, reference photos and working versions are available for 30 days from purchase.
Downloads and deletion
Downloads use private, short-lived bearer links. Anyone you give a link to can use it until it expires, normally within five minutes. You can delete a gift early in the editor. App access stops immediately; cleanup waits for in-flight work to stop. Historical storage versions and provider records may follow separate retention rules. Minimal purchase and support records remain where needed for operations.
Accounts and measurement
Email codes protect saved gifts. Service emails are separate from marketing consent. We record limited, deduplicated funnel events and generation spending without putting your names, email, photos or memories into analytics. Temporary hashed network/session limits help protect the free preview allowance.
