Do I need to know what to say?
Start with one memory. The voice guide asks short follow-up questions to help with the details. You review and edit the words before they become your gift.
Is it really my voice?
Your own recording is used as a reference to create narration from your edited words. You hear a 15-second personal preview before paying. Only record your own voice; your consent is required before recording.
What if it does not look like us?
Try the free scene first. It includes one optional correction within the two-attempt limit. Paid gifts include two scene replacements. A redraw can also change other details. If the promised gift cannot be delivered acceptably within the included allowance, contact us for a refund review.
Can I change the words?
Yes. Edit your captions and letter, then export again without generating another illustration. One text rewrite is included after payment. Narration changes use your included narration re-record.
How are my photos and voice used?
Your photos and recordings are used to make your gift with third-party providers. We do not publish them in a gallery or use them for marketing. Unpaid drafts expire 24 hours after creation, including saved drafts. Paid files are available for 30 days. Read the privacy details.
What do I give my partner?
A film and a five-page PDF to download and give privately. Save your copies within 30 days of purchase. There is no recipient account or physical delivery. We do not provide professional printing.
